As a business owner you should identify:
- what risks may impact your business
- rank the probability of it happening
- work out what you will do if the risk happens
Some key areas to consider are:
- taxation
- legal and Regulatory
- marketing
- operational
- financial
- staff
- changes in the Market
- customer Buying Habits
- self
- technology
What do you need to identify?
- what the issue is
- probability i.e., High, Medium or Low
- action or preventative measures to be taken to minimise risks
- who is responsible for managing that risk
- cost to implement
